Warehouse Processes Part I: Warehouse Overview
Did you know that warehouses serve different purposes depending on how your supply chain network is structured?
This Two Minute Topic is the first episode of a six part series on Warehouse Processes, and will give an overview of warehouses themselves.
Because two minutes just isn't enough.
After each Two Minute Topics series, a group consulting session will be held to take a deeper dive into the most recent topic discussed. Each session will be an hour long and will feature a topic recap, question and answer period, and the opportunity for attendees to ask consulting-related questions.
Every attendee will receive a PDF takeaway of materials offering a written recap, tips, tricks, how-tos, or examples of the topic; all fueled by extensive education and experience. Along with that, attendees will receive the participants list to connect with others who were a part of the session.
It's an educational and collaborative class providing value-add at a cost-effective price that anyone can afford.
